Is it safe shopping on EMPOSOCKS?

Your transaction will occur between you and Paypal only. We will never have any of your credit card information.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payment through PayPal security checkout method. When you check out, you will be taken directly to Paypal and the financial part of your transaction happens there. You can use Paypal, either with an existing account, or as a guest with no registration required. Paypal takes all major credit cards. Your transaction will occur between you and Paypal only.
Do you charge sales tax on any item?
Yes. All the listing price are tax includes.
Delivery & Returns
What is the estimated delivery time?
Parcels are delivered by Royal Mail in UK. Estimated delivery time frame: 5-7 days. Please note that delivery times also depend on the local postal service, delivery delay may occur.
Has my order been dispatched yet?
Orders are normally dispatched within 2 working days, in most cases your order will be dispatched next day. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on the way.
I received a shipping confirmation email, but the tracking is not working?
It will take 2 or 3 days for tracking information to be updated. You may not get any tracking on the courier's website until the package is processed through the post network. If it still does not update, please track it later.
My order hasn't arrived, what do I do?
We are sorry if your order is not arriving after taking a long time. If there has been a delay, please contact us; we will help to fix the issues. If delivery delays have occurred, we will send you a gift card as compensation. You can Learn more about our Triple Guarantee.
How do I request a return or refund?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If approved, you can star to return the items to us, we will refund on your original payment method.
Do I have to pay for my return items?
NO. It's free. You don't need to pay any extra fee.
